The whole process starts from raw material cutting and ends with finished product coating and packaging. The specific description is as follows:
1. Cutting: cutting is the first step in the processing of cover glass. Using cutting machine, the white sheet glass of the original size of the supplied material is cut into blank slightly larger than the size of the final product.
2. CNC precision engraving: CNC precision engraving glass USES the grinding wheel groove of CNC precision engraving machine to grind the edge of the blank glass, remove the remaining amount, and punch holes, carve grooves and edge grinding through the drill to meet the requirements of the final product.
3. Grinding: the main purpose of grinding is to achieve the thickness of the glass substrate in the final product of the key process, the main principle of work is to put the glass in the grinding machine in the double-sided flat grinding disc, adding abrasive to grind. By removing the excess thickness, the grinding allows the substrate glass to reach the required thickness and increase the flatness of the finished product.
4. Strengthening: strengthening the main goal is to increase the surface stress of the glass, so that the glass can achieve scratch resistance, impact resistance. The main working principle is to place the glass in potassium nitrate solution at 400 degrees Celsius, so that the sodium ions on the surface of the glass and potassium ions in potassium nitrate can fully exchange ions. Because the volume of potassium ions is larger than that of sodium ions, the potassium ions are squeezed each other, forming a stress layer on the surface of the glass, so as to achieve the effect of glass strengthening.
5. Screen printing: the main purpose of screen printing is to make ink on the glass surface of different colors, different shapes, patterns and other technological effects.
6. Coating film: the main purpose of coating film is to form a film layer with special functions at a specific position on the glass surface. The main working principle is to deposit the film material on the glass surface by evaporation, electron gun bombardment or magnetron sputtering in the vacuum state. At present, the main application of the film layer is anti-fingerprint film (AF), anti-reflection (AR) and so on.
7. Cleaning: the main purpose of cleaning is to get rid of dirt and dust spots on the surface of the attached glass by ultrasonic wave, so as to achieve better results in the production process of strengthening, screen printing, coating and so on.
