ITO Touch Glass

It is the mainstream direction of the development of touch display technology. Glass sensor is an important part of capacitive touch screen. In the current production process of glass sensor, molybdenum, aluminum and molybdenum are plated on the glass sensor by sputtering, and then the glass sensor coated with molybdenum aluminum molybdenum is attached with silicon dioxide, and finally the circuit is made by exposure, development and chemical etching. The disadvantage of this process is that the product has many coating times, large area, various processes and high production cost.

MOAlMo trace of ITO touch glass is a metal component used for bridging capacitor touch Bai screen. Mo, Du, Al, Mo + ITO coated glass is prepared by magnetron sputtering in vacuum, and then Mo, Al and Mo films are deposited on the float surface. Its main characteristics are strong bonding strength, good uniformity of glass surface, and strong reflection of light in visible light. It is mainly used in capacitive touch screen and navigator of electronic products.
