ITO Film In Capacitor Touch Screen

ITO film has excellent photoelectric properties, with transmittance of visible light up to over 95%, reflectance of infrared light 70%, absorption rate of ultraviolet ray ≥85%, attenuation rate of microwave ≥85%, excellent conductivity and processing performance, high hardness and corrosion resistance, so it is widely used in industry and plays an important role in high-tech fields.

Capacitive touch screens made of ITO material are widely used in the market.
ITO film has low power consumption and long life. Since Apple introduced iPhone, the friendly man-machine interface and smooth operation performance have made capacitive touch screen popular in the market, and various capacitive touch screen products have been introduced.
ITO coatings for surface capacitive touch screens usually require linearized metal electrodes around the screen to minimize the effect of corner/edge effects on the electric field. Sometimes an ITO shield is placed beneath the ITO coating to block out noise. The surface capacitive touch screen must be calibrated at least once before use.

Capacitive touch screen technology is the use of human current induction work. Capacitive touch screen is a four-layer composite glass screen, the inner surface and the interlayer of the glass screen are each coated with a layer of ITO, the outermost layer is a thin layer of silica glass protective layer, the interlayer ITO coating is used as the working face, four electrodes are derived from the four corners, and the inner ITO is the shielding layer to ensure a good working environment.
