1967: the first touch screen was born. It is generally believed that E.A. Johnson of the Royal Radar Research Institute in Marvin is the first person in the world to put forward the concept of touch screen. In 1965, the ordinary computer researcher wrote in the electronic bulletin Letters magazine published a brief paper touch panel: a new computer input device, in which I described my vision of capacitive touch screen: the main body of the screen is a composite glass screen, the inner surface is coated with a layer of metal oxide called ITO, four electrodes at four corners. When the finger touches the glass screen, due to the electric field of the human body, it will form a capacitance between the finger and the metal layer inside the glass, thus "sucking" a small amount of current at this position. This "leakage" current flows from four electrodes, and theoretically the part that flows through the different electrodes is proportional to the distance between the fingers and the electrodes. Through the precise calculation of the controller, the position of the fingers can be accurately obtained.
Two years later, Johnson turned this idea into reality, creating the first touch screen in human history, and published the photos and basic schematic diagram of the touch screen in a magazine called ergonomics. This is a bulky but refreshing screen. Under Johnson's design, there is even a magic effect: no matter where the finger points, the screen will shine.
Our 10.1 inch capacitive touch screen panel use IC: GT928 support wide working voltage range, internal integration high-resolution touch detection module and special signal processing circuit, to ensure that the IC is sensitive to changes in environment function of automatic identification and tracking, and built-in special algorithm to achieve the waterproof, anti-jamming and other requirements, can satisfy the user in complex applications of stability, sensitivity, power consumption, response speed, waterproof, water operation, shock resistant, resistance to electromagnetic interference etc. Experience of high demand, and with the close combination functions such as detection, multistage sensitivity adjustment.
The function sheet adopts high-quality ITO glass, which has high temperature stability.
ITO conductive glass is prepared by magnetron sputtering with indium tin oxide (commonly known as ITO) film on the basis of sodium-calcium or silicon-based substrate glass. LCD dedicated ITO conductive glass, also before plating ITO layer, coated with a layer of silica barrier layer to prevent the substrate glass sodium ions to the liquid crystal in the box diffusion. The substrate glass of dedicated ITO glass for high-end LCD should be polished before spluttering ITO layer to obtain more uniform display control.

Our packing method is different according to the size of the product. Small size touch screens are packed with anti-static bags or foam bags, plus aircraft boxes. Large size first plastic film covers plus outer boxes (including partitions) are absolutely safe. So far, no damage has occurred in exporting to countries such as Europe, North America etc.
