This 5" touchscreen is made of cover glass, ITO glass, FPC and protection film on the surface. The thickness of cover glass is 0.7mm, ITO glass 0.55mm, total 1.45mm including the thickness of sheet glue. You can customized with your own logo, making holes and doing bevel on the edges. The thickness of cover glass are 0.7mm,1.1mm, 2.0mm,3.0mm, 4.0mm,6.0mm, 8.0mm,10mm and 12mm.The IC brands are ATMEL, ILITEK, EETI, CYPRESS, GOODIX.
Our factory can make the anti glare, anti figure print and anti reflective on the cover glass treatment. The touch is available with gloves and water. Our factory provide 12 months warranty.
The MOQ usually is 1000 pcs for each type after the sampling period if it is confirmed okay. The new mold sample takes 14 days and 15 days for massive production depending on the order quantity.
The payment term is 100% T/T advanced payment for the NRE mold fee, 30% T/T deposit and the rest paid before shiping for the massive order. We also accept the Paypal, Western Union.
Our factory has more than 20 engineers, 80 plant workers and 10 QC inspectors.
