Liquid crystal display has an electrode, glass plates, and polarizers. The supply to crystal sent through electrodes. The use of a polarizer is to allowe the correct amount of blacklight for the purpose of display. An LED placed in the diffuser plate as light source. The diffuser plate is to evenly spread the light inside the display. The liquid crystals enlist in the LCD is Twisted Nemantic (TN), a kind of liquid crystals that are curling at 90 degrees with the surface. During this state, crystals enable the light to submit to the polarizer however on applying a voltage, they get straight and block the sunshine to passing through the polarizer.The digital display controller within the kind of COB IC sends the electrical signals to the electrodes that are sandwich in between the glasses. Electrodes apply the voltage to the corresponding crystals as per the signals received from the ICs. These crystals are then straight and block the sunshine (from junction rectifier strip)creating those space darker on the glass. By applying a voltage to specific crystals, the desired form is made on the digital display.

What is TFT LCD?
Put simply, a TFT liquid crystal display is a device controlled by electric signals. The liquid crystal sits between two transparent layers of conductive ITO electrodes. Liquid crystal molecules are aligned in different directions by varying the voltage applied to the ITO electrodes (See Diagram 1).
The direction of the LC molecules directly affects the penetration level of the light source, which in turn creates the desired lightness and darkness in the image, also known as grayscale. Color is produced by the color filter substrate. Pixel grayscale is decided by designated voltage levels from the data driver(See Diagram 2).
