Solution: grease and dust easily caused by the touch screen surface potential inductance bad, with a mirror cloth or soft cloth gently wipe the touch screen glass, encountered more difficult to wipe the dirty, dip a little water and then wipe, but do not spray too much water or cleaning fluid.
● Whether the driver is correctly installed;
Solution: Install the driver correctly, of which pay attention to two points: First, the resistive screen to remove the RS232 interface option during the installation of the driver, and 2 capacitive screen does not need to manually install the driver, the operating system (Windows) will be automatically recognised.
● Whether the touch screen is damaged or abnormal or the touch screen itself hardware failure, may be due to the touch screen screen aging, damage caused by the inability to use.
Solution: Check whether the touch screen or chip/touch card is damaged, replace the touch screen or touch card to test. Or send it to a professional repair centre for testing.
● Electromagnetic interference
Cause: In a dry environment, electromagnetic interference problems are likely to occur, resulting in the touch screen screen is not responsive.
