The process of Yello Light Photolithography

- Jul 26, 2023-

The technology used in the yellow light process is Lithography, which uses a photographic material called photoresist (PR, photo resistance), which has the unique property of undergoing chemical changes under the action of UV light and becoming a new substance that is easily compatible with acids or alkalis.

The microimaging technology is to transfer the main pattern on the photomask to the photographic material first, use the light through the photomask to irradiate on the photographic material, and then use the solvent to soak the photographic material to be irradiated by the light to be dissolved or retained, so that the photo-resistant pattern will be formed and the photomask will be exactly the same or complementary. Since the environment of the microimaging process is illuminated by yellow light rather than the red light of a typical photographic darkroom, this part of the process is often referred to simply as "yellow light".

The process of Yello Light Photolithography improves the visual accuracy of the touch screen, the ITO pattern processed with this process, the minimum line width line spacing 10-15μm, and the touch screen can withstand ultra-low temperatures -45°C, ultra-high temperatures +85°C.

The iphone5 induction line is the capacitive screen touch screen with yellow light process. The yellow light process helps the phone to be wired above the ultra-narrow bezel, making the phone look thinner and better.
